For the past several years I have had the pleasure of working with Companies, Townships, Chambers of Commerce and other Organizations to bring together their web site information helping them to create beautiful and effective web sites.

The major issue learned over those years was that almost every client underestimates what is really involved in developing an effective web site, mostly their time requirements!

What I learned:

• The process needs to be broken down into manageable phases
• Each phase must be completed before starting the next phase
• Each phase must have goals, timelines, approved budgets and qualified personnel to complete the tasks.
• There are no short cuts, and if you try to make them, it will cost you.
